Get ready for summer in a quiet relaxing lakefront location. Experience a quiet peaceful retreat year around on Beaver Dam. Summer and shoulder season includes the use of 3 kayaks, canoe and 3 paddle boats. 20′ dock for fishing or swimming. New deck with great lake view and pellet grill.

The beds consist of 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twins and 1 rollaway for a total of 8 allowable guests. No add’l bedding/sleeping bags or airbeds are allowed for extra guests due to septic limitations.

This is a duplex but with a very unique arrangement that allows for maximum privacy for both units. Separate entrances, decks, grill, and HVAC systems.

Quiet street on the lake with 130′ frontage and 2 docks, 1 for mooring boat and another for launching the kayaks and paddleboats. Boat landing about a mile away.

Northern Beaver Den

Bring the whole family to this stunning getaway with a lot of room for fun. This house is located on Beaver Dam Lake in Beaver Dam, WI. Guests will have access to paddle boards, kayaks, a lake side fire pit, a large yard with patio, a 3 and 4 seasons room, and the option to rent a 22 ft. pontoon boat for an additional fee. The home is located within 1 hour of Cascade Mountain, Wisconsin Dells, and Madison. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

CAMPING

Derge Park

Derge Park (13 acres) located just five minutes northwest of the City of Beaver Dam, on the west-central shore of Beaver Dam Lake. The 6,600 acre lake provides excellent fishing and is popular for sailing, speed boating, and water skiing. Besides providing access to Beaver Dam Lake with a boat launch and canoe/kayak launch, and over 500 feet of shoreline. Derge Park contains 25 campsites with 30 amp electric hookups and asphalt pads, picnic shelters, a shower/restroom building and a dump station. Derge Park is an excellent place to hold group campouts and picnics, family reunions and other group events and is an ideal location for hunters and fishermen seeking access to Beaver Dam Lake. A system of paved pathways makes Derge Park facilities handicap accessible. Derge Park is a favorite destination of those looking for a more peaceful camping experience.
